Once your company contacts Airlive, the first course of action would be to identify which type of Internet Service would be the best for your given requirement as well as location/office situation. How is Airlive any different from other common ISPs available in the market?

Airlive caters specifically to MSMEs throughout the Philippines. Airlive does not provide internet to residential accounts, but only corporate ones. Additionally, a major difference between Airlive’s provisioning is that internet connectivity may be provided to you through different channels, depending on which one is the best for your business location or current situation.

In terms of provisioning period, Airlive works quickly and can deploy equipment and begin installation in as early as three (3) days, whereas it may take other ISPs multiple weeks or months.

Another key difference is that contract periods are set for a minimum duration of 12 months, as opposed to the industry standard of 24 months, which means you aren’t required to be locked in for a long period of time. Additionally, contract details such as cost can be negotiated with the company as Airlive is committed to finding the best deal for its clients.

What is the difference between the services you offer? (DIA & DLL)

Airlive’s current service offerings include Direct Internet Access (DIA) and Dedicated Leased Line (DLL).

For context, DIA is best used for offices with easy access to fiber lines or locations near any of our network nodes. DLL is a more specialized option in which it is best utilized for companies that have multiple offices and want to connect all of them to a singular line of internet access.

My internet is down! How can Airlive help with my technical problems?

Airlive has a Problem Escalation Process that is arranged accordingly:
Upon your concern being raised, the first step would be to contact the Network Operation Center (NOC) through an online messaging system. Our NOC is happy to support you and look into your issues and provide solutions. If your problem still persists, you will be referred to our Network Operations Head to further help you deal with the issue. Afterwards, if your problem is still not resolved, the final step will be handing you over to our Technical Department head for problem consultation.
